Refund and Returns

Please make sure to read the product details and materials before you purchase. If an exchange or refund is desired, you must contact us within 7 days after the delivery date. With few exceptions determined solely by Marss Beauty, all items returned are refunded with store credit. Items must be returned with an unbroken seal and in original condition. Marss Beauty thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are damaged or broken. Once it leaves for shipping, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or broken items while in transit. Please do not send your item back without speaking with a Marss Beauty representative prior.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit would be allocated to you.
